Black Dads Rock
Black Dads Rock was birthed after we noticed how the dads were so attending conferences and how they were asking for assistance in different situations. My team decided that we would host an event that would acknowledge this and show the community that the narrative had changed that black men were around for their children.
We have grown from having 50 dads being in attendance to 150 dads. Our goal is always to grow. This year our goal is 200 dads. We have various speakers come and pour into our dads and we received so much feedback.

Again this year 200 or more dads. This year's theme is Rising Against All Odds. We will have speakers come in and speak on how to have a healthy co-parenting relationship, what it looks like to be a mentally healthy man and how to parent your child with technology. Our event will take place on Thursday, February 20th, 2025 at 10:00 am
